Once parsonage/boarding house - now apartment building. Due to structural issues we could only save and restore the Georgian facade on Dorp Street and the original walls of the building. The Edwardian upstairs veranda roof was reinstated on the street facade and the original windows restored and sound proofed. A new roof and roof terrace replaced the old as an outside entertainment area. With the repair and re-finishing, all materials and services introduced, were carefully selected to reference the original; again with the Heritage Report as guide. The temporary finish to the parking area at the back allow for the next phase planned.
